Measure before you buy this: a single FortiGate with full UTM logging and SSL inspection enabled produces dramatically more than the same box doing plain firewalling, and the multiplier routinely surprises people. It suits a handful of branch firewalls with moderate logging, not a campus with inspection turned on everywhere.
