The FortiManager 410G manages up to 150 devices and VDOMs with a sustained log rate of 50 logs/sec and 2 GB/day of log throughput. Policy packages, provisioning templates, firmware rollout and a full change-approval workflow with revision history and rollback.
Five times the 200G's device ceiling at 150, with fibre uplinks, for the same log rate. Choose it on device-and-VDOM count alone, if you are under 30 the 200G is identical in every way that matters, and if you are over 150 the 1000G is the next honest step rather than something to grow into.
How to work out whether it fits
The arithmetic a datasheet leaves out. If any of it does not match your situation, that is worth a call rather than a guess.
A hundred and fifty devices and VDOMs, same log rate as the 200G. That equality is the point: FortiManager is a configuration platform, and if your requirement is really about holding logs then a bigger FortiManager is the wrong purchase and FortiAnalyzer is the right one. Size this on the estate you will manage, and size logging separately.
